The Riverwood Inn was built in 1937 and is the last of the old roadhouses that once populated the Avenue of the Giants. (Old Hwy 101)

BAR: The bar features 32 tequilas to compliment your fare and is well known for their frosty, huge, delicious margaritas. There is a game room with pool tables and video games. Children are welcome during our dining hours.

RESTAURANT
: Besides being a full bar and inn, they serve authentic Mexican food. Featuring affordable and plentiful fare, everything is prepared fresh daily at the restaurant, El Rio.

Bar open at 3:00pm, Restaurant open at 4:30pm
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Bar open at 11:00am, Restaurant Open at Noon
We are open year round on Fri, Sat & Sun.

BANQUET ROOM available for special events.

Accommodations
: Our rooms are located below the bar area. Each room has a private bath and are reasonably priced, clean and quiet, except on band nights of course.   Room rates are $78 - $95 per nite

Group Room: Features 4 twin beds.

PARKING: For motorcyclists, we have indoor locked bike parking to protect your investment.

The Riverwood is homey, comfortable and welcoming, especially during the winter months when a roaring fire will greet you as you come in the door. We are open year round.

Directions: From Garberville, head north about 6 miles on 101 to the Avenue of the Giants/Phillipsville exit. Continue 2 miles up the Avenue and the Riverwood Inn is on the left hand side. From Eureka it's approximately 45 miles down 101 to the Miranda/Phillipsville exit. Cross under the highway and continue up to the Avenue of the Giants, turn right and continue 2 miles and the Riverwood Inn will be on the right.
