The Loleta Cheese Factory, home of award-winning natural quality cheese, began in 1982 when Bob Laffranchi started making cheese. The factory's name comes from the small, picturesque town where it is located, Loleta. This family-run business produces great tasting, premium, all-natural, 4 types of organic and all are GMO-Free cheeses, 38 varieties in all, more than two million pounds annually, from cows milk.
