Things to do: Hike the trail atop Trinidad Head to view the sunset, or stroll the sandy beaches of Trinidad State Beach, two miles to the south. Pack a lunch and head out on one of the numerous trails winding through towering redwoods and lush ferns in Redwood National Park, 20 miles north of Trinidad on Highway 101. Discover all that Trinidad has to offer, from restaurants and gaming casino, to ocean fishing charters, marine lab, and unique history.

Heading North on Highway 101, Trinidad Exit, then north on Patrick's Point Drive 2 miles.
Heading South on Highway 101, Seawood Drive Exit, west to Patrick's Point Drive, then south 1 mile.
