Contact the Humboldt County CVB before you visit California’s Redwood Coast. We are here to help you get the most out of your trip. Services we offer include:
1. Request for proposal services. Tell us the date you would like to visit and we will pass the information along to our lodging, dining and attraction partners. They will contact you with availability and rate offerings, saving you time and money on the phone or via email.
2. Tour customizing. We are happy to help you tailor your tour to fit any special interest of your group. Want to focus on educational attractions, special events, soft adventure, dining or sightseeing? Do you need multiple options? We are limited only by your imagination.
3. Pre-trip information. The Humboldt County CVB can supply digital photos, online videos, welcome signs and maps. And we can provide color travel planners, brochures and other materials to help you market your tour.
4. Expert referrals. We can put you in touch with step-on guides who are experts in local attractions, history and natural history. We can even find you a receptive operator to manage part or the whole tour for you.
Meeting & Conference Services
The Redwood Coast is an ideal locaton for your business or association meeting, corporate retreat, reunion or other event. We are your experts about local venues, lodging and available services, plus sightseeing, spouse activities and numerous pre- and post-event options. Contact us for:
1. Request for proposal. We will match your event with the right venues and help develop a consolidated bid.
2. Local suppliers. We'll put you in touch with the best local businesses for catering, audiovisual, entertainment and other vital conference services.
3. Marketing support. Let us mail our travel guide to your delegate list. We can also provide photos, videos and other attendance-building support.
